When Shit Hits The Fan

Posted in Life, Ramblings, Updates. 4 Comments

Ahh, yes. I’m back. I suppose saying that you expect something from me. So I shall rant and waste precious minutes of your life. Sounds fair, right?

Let me tell you about my Friday and how shit hit the fan. It all started about 2:45pm when I was in Biology, doing the complete opposite of Biology (oh how Economics is evil). Theresa, one of my friends, tried to sign me out and well, for lack of a better statement, epically failed. So the school secretary called my lovely mother and explained that a person called in to sign me out and how this said person had a younger voice.  I had to call my mother back and I swear she might as well of came through that phone and straggled me. I think I might of preferred that method actually.

At 3:17pm school was finally over. Theresa and I headed to my job to pick up my check that my amazing (read: asshole) boss made out. Oh but how he didn’t make out that check. So Theresa and I headed to her parent’s home to hang out until Thomas (her husband, my friend) got off of work.

We left their house about 5:40pm, not knowing that the bank closed at 6pm. We got into town at about 5:55pm (we sped the entire way) and decided to go see if my check was made out. Like before, it wasn’t made out. So I left, upset.

We got to the bank at 6:02pm. Instead of somebody being in the window, the lights were out. So we look behind us and see the two people walking towards their car, obviously noticing that we were there. They kept walking and entered into their cars.

Now. Before I write beyond point, know this. Thomas, Theresa, & I were planning on going to the Tulsa State Fair to go see Flyleaf and just have a good time. Now let’s resume the story.

With the people gone, we had no other way of getting money. So we picked up Thomas from work and we were all basically upset. They took me home and apologized. We all three planned on going today (Saturday).

Over night Theresa got sick. So the idea of going to the fair went out the window.

We were also planning on partying after we got home from the fair. Yes, that’s means that I would of been drinking underage. And for some odd reason, the thought of that no longer bothers me. But this plan, just like the fair, went out the window.

So my weekend has been boring. I’ve spent the majority of today sleeping and getting on the internet. I don’t know what tomorrow holds, but it’ll probably be like today.

The only thing exiting that happened was the leaking of BoA’s American debut single “Eat You Up” which I’ve been listening to for the past hour or so. I’ll probably be writing a review over it soon.

Updates
There’s a new layout. Thank you Aaron for helping me fix the little problems with this one.
